Carrie George Lambert, PHR
Carrie George Lambert, PHR has been a practitioner in the field of Human Resources (HR) since 1996. She is responsible for managing George HR services where she provides Clients with professional guidance on a variety of HR and general business related topics. The primary focus of her interaction with Clients involves employee relations and compliance issues. In her consulting role, Carrie supports Clients with a variety of projects related to Strategic Compliance, interim HR Management, HR audits, and customized, comprehensive Policy Manuals.
With a proven track record of strong experience, Carrie’s areas of expertise include executive and employee relations, policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance. Prior to George HR, LLC, Carrie held positions that include Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources at local PEO firms, Human Resources Manager with Access Insurance Holdings,Human Resources Generalist work at Paychex and ADP. Carrie has been instrumental in managing a variety of successful workplace initiatives, including the development of a national Employee Assistance Program and Drug Free Workplace programs, development of performance management programs and background verification, and drug screening service for over 600 clients with 7000 employees nationwide.
Carrie has the propensity to regard human capital as an investment and to design, develop and execute hiring and retention procedures and training around that premise. She has demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, including associates and managers. Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an in-depth awareness of multicultural issues. A proven key team contributor with a special perspective of how the support functions can interface to focus and maximize effort to achieve overall organizational goals.
